Support the SVP with all tax planning and strategyLead tax due diligenceProactively communicate and recommend tax strategies and solutions to senior managementAssist manage and develop a high performance tax team located in Australia – structure of the tax team in AustraliaProvide ongoing tax advice and support to Finance, Accounting, Legal and InvestmentsManage and direct external tax resources in an efficient mannerPrepare and work with external advisors to compile transfer pricing documentation – across which regions?Identify and communicate tax risks to senior management on a timely basisMaintain and expand technical tax knowledge through professional development activitiesOversight of tax compliance and tax provision/reportingTax Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with Infrastructure tax risk management policies and procedures.
Your Skills & Experience
CA/CPA qualification.Experience within a Big 4, or mid-tier, Chartered Accounting firm.Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and tax law.A flair for seeing opportunities that allow clients to operate more tax effectively.Excellent professional communication skills and reporting style.
